This is Alhaitham.
Leave a message. Or don't. I don't really care either way.

Then come whenever you're ready.
Wear something comfortable!

[ True to his own suggestion, when Alhaitham arrives at the Vale and spies Kaveh— something which may require some direction, as the blonde has found himself a nice, secluded little grove amongst the trees— he'll see that the architect is dressed quite casually compared to normal, wearing loose black leggings and a long-sleeved magenta t-shirt. His hair is down, and his jewelry and make-up is present, but minimal.

What the other's attention might be drawn to more than that though is the picnic blanket on which Kaveh is sitting, a closed basket and a bag at his side.

He visibly brightens to see the other coming through the trees, lifting a hand to wave at him and beckon him over. ]

[ Kaveh hums his content when he's kissed, fingers reaching up to slide down one of Alhaitham's arms as the other straightens up to look at the accompanying items. He only smiles brighter, shifting on the blanket so that he can pat the space next to him. ]

I've been thinking that it might be nice to go on a date, [ he explains, as he opens up the basket and then the bag. ] But then I thought about the fact that you're not really a typical "date" kinda guy; I'm pretty sure sitting in a restaurant and making small talk between food is your idea of slow torture.

So! [ From the bag, he takes a few books that he's borrowed from the library (including a tome on architecture that he's actually found features the Palace in one of its chapters— so what if he wants to show off a little?) and a deck of cards, and from the basket he takes a plate with some sandwiches on it and a thermos. He places them on the blanket, and then looks up at the other, an expectant smile on his lips. ]

I thought we could have an Alhaitham-friendly date. There are books for you to read, some games if we want something else to do, finger foods, and of course coffee. [ And here, the smile turns a little hopeful, as he tilts his head. ] What do you think?
